순정품은 검은색에 별 느낌이 없습니다. 타케가와 알루미늄 커버는 심플하면서도 고급지고 세련되며 분위기를 바꾸는데 충분합니다. 장착도 볼트 2개만 끼우면 됩니다. 매우 간단해서 혼자 충분히 해요. 가격에 비해 효과가 크다고 생각합니다. 타케가와는 늘 추천합니다.

About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the aluminum chain guard from SP Takegawa. A large chain guard like the OEM Honda guard but with a much nicer appearance with it's silver anodised finish on it's aluminum construction.About the feeling of use: You retain good protection from the chain like the OEM Honda guard but do away with the black plactic guard which takes away from the retro styling of the Monkey.Products to buy together: A fender eliminator would also be desirable to purchase alongside the aluminum chain guard to remove another black plastic part from the Monkey.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 10 minutes, removal of the OEM Honda fasteners and chain guard is needed before installing the SP Takegawa chain guard using the included fasteners. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a a chain guard that is designed safety for use and made from a quality material with a matching finish. There are many chain guard options for the Monkey both cheaper and more expensive, the design of the guard is what seperates them but I have never gone wrong with any parts from SP Takegawa.About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: The SP Takegawa chain guards ticks the boxes for safety and looks with their design which can not be said for all the brands offer this product.

Takegawa anodized aluminum chain guard requires only 2 bolts for install. (*New shiny hardware is included) Chain guard is a bit longer than the stock and is more eye appeasing. This Takegawa chain guard was purchased due to the clearance it allows for the shocks. The stock chain guard was rubbing the aftermarket shocks and this Takegawa guard was the remedy for the larger diameter shocks. Guard came packaged with care and the anodized finish looks like it will hold up to seasonal wear for many years to come. Before mounting the new Takegawa chain guard please remember to apply a small bit of thread locker to the hardware to prevent from coming loose as you ride.
