I bought this for Cowling installation on my CYGNUS X2 model.
I bought this as a spare because the clip nut gaps or falls off when I repeatedly remove and install the cowl.
Since it is only plugged in structurally, there is nothing to hold it in place if the bolt is removed, and the clip nut will be pulled and moved when the cowl is removed.
If it falls out and falls into the inner cowl or into the depths where it is difficult to remove, it may never be removed again, so I always keep a spare of the right size for my motorcycle.
This is an Image that is used a lot, especially on Scooters. Push rivet is often used for single vehicles.
The M5, M4, etc., may differ not only for each car model, but also for each cowl position.
Without the clip nut, the cowl cannot be fixed and may break or fall off due to wind pressure, so it must be installed on all Bolts.

I purchased because the thing attached from the origin rusted.
The shape is almost the same as OEM. Nevertheless, I could buy it at a price that is close to half.
