Powered by a single-cylinder engine from the CBR250R series, REBEL 250 is lightweight at 170 kg even with ABS, but has a rigid suspension and frame that makes it light on its feet when the engine is running.
The CBR500R and 500X engines, the overseas models of the CBR400R and 400X, provide enough torque in the low rpm range, and when the engine is revved up, REVEL 500 provides a stretchy ride in the high rpm range.
These two bikes were released as sibling models, sharing not only the same frame but also most of the parts that make up the vehicle body.
Both models are ideal for touring as they are light enough to travel from town to highway.
We have already released a saddlebag support for Rebel 250/500, which has been well received, and now we have developed a rear rack fat bar type 24mm to further increase load capacity.
■Truss structure ensures strength
The legs are trussed to ensure strength.
The truss structure is a framework structure consisting of multiple triangles, which prevents deformation caused by weight loads and ensures strength.
■About the same height as the pillion seat
The top of the rack is made to avoid the seat so that the design is integrated and does not get in the way when a pillion passenger rides.

■Designed to match with the saddlebag supports
The saddlebag supports can be fitted at the same time as the rear rack for the REBEL 250 / 500.
This prevents the saddlebags from getting caught in the tire and allows you to mount the bags with confidence.
When attaching both the rear rack and saddlebag supports, you will need longer bolts than those supplied with each product separately.
If you purchase the set, it comes with the long bolts necessary for installation.

The rear rack needs to be inspected and the bolts retightened periodically.
If you continue to ride with only some of the bolts loose, vibration will be concentrated on the loose parts and may cause damage to the mounting bolts or the rear rack.
