■FFC-250 Series
●Damping force adjustment (250T)
To suit the rider's needs, soft and hard damping forces can be adjusted.
Independent adjustment of rebound and compression allows adjustment of needle angle for a wide range of damping force adjustment, providing precise damping force variations.
●Air Preload Device/APD (250S)
The air pressure preload mechanism can quickly set the required amount of sag using the constant pressure filling method, depending on the rider's needs.
●Adjustable spring preload
The spring preload is finely adjustable according to the rider's needs.
There is a knob for preload on the upper part of the front fork, which can be adjusted by 1mm per turn, saving time when adjusting the forks.
●Synchronized damping force adjustment (250S)
The damping system is designed for a single damper inner cylinder.
The highly sensitive wide range piston, smooth oil passage design, and torque variations made possible by the large piston provide the necessary damping force to reduce motion to a reasonable level over a wide range, from low to high speed.
●Chrome steel reinforced springs
The springs are made of SAE9254 chrome steel, allowing for lighter springs with greater spacing.
Additionally, a number of high-strength lightweight aluminum alloy materials are used to effectively reduce the weight of the springs.
