For those of you with XS to S Full face helmet, you may need to get a little creative.
I wear a S Size Full face and when I went Touring for half a day with this product on, I got marks on my head and headaches.

It won't crush my hair!

Just wear it inside your Helmet and it won't crush your hair!
The only thing to remember is to wear it behind the hairline on your forehead!
If you don't, you'll have a warty mark on your forehead like a Krillin.
Some people say it hurts, but I'm Large and strong.

My Thoughts on Actual Use

I was expecting, the size adjustment, but this one turned out better than I thought it would I used to feel like my forehead would start to hurt for an hour or two, but I'm very happy that it's gone!
