It works well, but I'm not sure if it's a cosmetic thing.
I used it for VTR250. The scene of use is mainly Circuit. I used to use the ZCOO often, but in comparison, the Metallica seems to have better braking power and control. However, the ZCOO had a longer Life when used the same way. Personally, I was happy enough with the braking power of the ZCOO that I would choose the ZCOO for cosmetic reasons.
However, in situations like STREET, where consumption is less intense than Circuit, Metallica seems to have the edge.
The CBR400RR is basically the same as the NC23 and NC29, although the paint and appearance are different Caliper is used The Nisshin that all Honda cars from the same decade to the 00's had adopted This is a PinSlide style single push 2-pod Caliper The CBR400RR is not caught in Webig's Parts Search by car model, but the CBR250 If you look for it in RR/MC22, you will find it Since the same Caliper is used, it is possible to install it I don't know why the Package of the actual MetallicaPad has The CBR400R There is only one description, but it must be a misprint
The reputation of Metallica's Pad is good in various places including this site, and I myself had ridden it before Because I used it for ZrX1100, and was satisfied with the effect and Control in Large Repeater As many have raved about its performance, the initial effect is mild and the more you grip it, the more powerful it is The NC29's one-sided Caliper is often disliked and replaced It's an unfortunate Caliper, but it's a great way to secure the movement of the Piston and clean the slide pin Personally, I think it's pretty cool if you grease up
The good thing about the Metallica Pad, in my opinion, is that it is easy to use, especially when braking rapidly from a high speed range When the Pad with stronger initial braking is difficult to control and the increase in effectiveness at the end of the braking range, it is a good choice Although there are many impressions, this Pad has a good Large impression in such a scene By being able to do Breaking comfortably, the pleasure of Riding goes up several levels After all, this Pad is good As a consumable, it is quite expensive, and it is necessary to be prepared every time before introducing it, but I'm still happy with this PadView Detail
Friend's CBR 250R (Old one) Attached to. Friends say that it came to stop tremendously. Finger Quantity : It seems that it stops even at 2pc or 1 pc. Thanks to Radial master, it seems easy to control. By the way, when I was using it there was still 15 thousand kilometers, so durability is not good.View Detail
I was dissatisfied with the braking force of the NSF100 Normal Brake Pads, so I bought these at the recommendation of my friends. I am satisfied with the large size because I can adjust the braking force with just one finger, whereas before I had to grip the pad to get the desired effect. I have just started using it, so I don't know how durable it is yet, but I think I will be able to use it for a long time.View Detail
I installed these pads on my brembo GP-4RXCaliper. I was originally using brembo's 04 racing pad, but I was dissatisfied that it did not work very well at everyday speeds. I looked up a lot of reviews to see if there was any good pad, and tried this one that was rumored to work well from the beginning.
The PadPlate is thicker than the 04Pad, and the Rotor is 5.5mm thicker than the OEM, so the Piston hardly comes out. It is not a problem Level, and I think it will be eliminated once the bite is applied. As for the key effect, the effect started up from the second breaking-in after the replacement. The claim of "no break-in required" is true. Since no pad chamfering or grease application has been done, there is a slight squeal at the moment of stopping, but it is not at a level that is bothersome.
After driving about 100 km, I looked at the Rotor and found that a faint purple film had formed on it. This film is said to protect the Rotor. As for Life, it is still an unknown, but I am not worried about it since it was originally a ride that did not decrease much.
However, it works well with RADIAL MASTER and allows fine control of powerful braking force. With a regular horizontal MASTER, the pad may be too strong and cause a cracking Brake.
To be honest, the Pad is completely over-specified at the public road level, but the weight of a large motorcycle when breaking is like that of a 250cc motorcycle. It reminded me of the RGV250γ and RS250 I used to ride. In my personal opinion, I think that Brake will not achieve satisfactory Performance unless the entire System is reviewed. I guess the order in which I feel the effects is MASTER→Pad→Caliper→Rotor.
For those who are dissatisfied with Brake, we strongly recommend the combination of Metallica's Specifications03 and Radial master.View Detail
We have been using this product for some time. This time, I would like to install it while overhauling. I was told that the life is short, but I am personally satisfied that it lasts longer.View Detail
I used to use it on my DAYTONA 675. I use it mainly on mountain passes and circuits, but it has a strong stopping power that I have never experienced before and I can attack any stage with ease. When I switched from the D GPad to this product, I found that it stopped differently and I was able to get the braking force I needed with much less force than with the ss NORMALBrake. I am very happy with the results. I think this is a good choice for those who say they can't run long distances with Touring due to hand fatigue. However, the price is still high, and in the case of W Discs, even more×Quantity:2pc. You will need a set. Still, the performance is highly recommended. If you have problems with Pad, I would like you to try it.View Detail
?attachment The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
