I purchased this 30mm Zeta Bar Riser Kit for my TW200.Zeta Product Quality is awesome & fit perfectly.when Installing this 30mm riser kit no need to rerout or extended the throttle cable ,brake cable and clutch cable.that is good.I have been riding my bike after installed this riser kit since two weeks.. Advantages of a riser bar kit is lifting my hands to higher position.This takes some weight off my hands in my relaxed/neutral riding position and, combined with the higher position makes it easier to lift the front wheel to get over obstacles.The Higher handle bar means you sit up more and your weight shifts backwards.When Tighten the handle bar bolts first tightened the upper bolts first then the lower bolts.According to the yahama service manual need to tightened the handle bar four bolts to 14ft-lb.My total handle bar height is 125mmThe package arrived very quickly after dispatch from japan.This time I had to pay the customs fees to the Sri Lankan Customs before got my package.Very nicely packed and secure the content with bubble wrap bag.Thanks webike for the High Quality Packaging.I'm very satisfied with the webike service (5Stars).The Great Online shop.The Prices are so cheap and the shipping cost is very low according to the other online shops on the web .WEBIKE SHOP I highly recommended.Cheers!!

Easy install, took only 15 minutes,went on with no issues. Very good quality and really makes for a much more comfortable ride. Being a 185cm tall rider the 30mm additional height was exactly what I needed for those times I need to be standing up through the rough technical terrain. I would definitely recommend these for taller off road riders.The zeta clamps are exactly what I needed at an affordable price.I can easily recommend these risers.It's worth the money in my opinion.View Detail

This part isn't officially compatible with the Kawasaki Z900RS but i saw someone on Instagram use it and really liked the design, so decided to risk it. The part looks great and fits the bike well although it drops the bar down pretty low. Coz of this, some adjustment will be needed to make sure the controls or the throttle cable tubing doesn't hit the tank when the bars are fully locked to the left or right.View Detail

These bolts are especially disign for brake fluid travel from the top to bottom of the caliper pistons.each union bolt have 2 crush/sealing washers. Union Bolt aka Banjo especially design bolts holds hydraulic hose fitting and 2 crush washers sealed the hose fitting area from leacking the brake fluid.I purchased this bolt for my tw200 drum to disc brake conversion project.oh yeah this one fits perfectly.Brake Master Cylinder Hose Pitch size and the banjo bolt thread pitch are the same .M10 1.25 FITS RIGHT AWAY. Quality of the Product is acceptable,super strong and lightweight.Direct fit for TW200 BRAKE MASTER.REASONABLE PRICE FOR THE QUALITY PRODUCT.When Installing these bolts on the bike connect the hose fitting to the banjo bolt ( tw200 need 2 banjo bolts and 4 crush washers) with 2 new sealing washers and tighten to specification.Tightening torque 22 ft-lb .After place an order at webike japan, they shipped my package within 24hours.that was very fast.I really really like it.plus they secure and neatly packed with the bubble wrap,extra air pillow will prevent any damages to the product inside the box. I'm Planning Hub To Disc Brake Conversion upgrade for my front brake system.So, the outer tube on the left side is an important item to accomplish that task.Disc brake conversion requires lower left fork leg ( fork tubes and right fork leg are all the same) front wheel with disc, master cylinder with hose ,caliper etc.So I finally Place an order from webike and I got this left side outer tube...So happy It's a Brand New Outer Tube From Webike.To Installed the new outer tube is not straightforward.Need to remove the left side fork completely. before removing the left side fork ,use a 19mm socket to loosen the caps at the top of the fork.Next, raise the cap end of the fork slightly and remove the cap.Reach into the fork and remove the spacer, washer, and spring. You may have to collapse the fork slightly to be able to reach the spring. Pull the spring out slowly so you don't pull a bunch of oil out with it.Pour the oil out into a container cycle the fork once or twice to help get the residual oil out.Next, you will need to remove the bolt at the bottom to separate the two parts of the fork. To do that you will need a tool to reach into the fork and hold the damper rod inside.I used a 19mm coupling nut.It's just a nut that is about 1 1/2 " long.The coupling nut fits in a 19mm socket and sticks out far enough to engage the damper rod. Put a piece of paper towel (or something similar) over the end of the socket, then push the coupling nut into the socket. This will prevent it from falling out. You will also need to add some extensions to the socket to be able to reach the head of the damper rod inside.use 8mm allen wrench to hold the bolt at the bottom, and with a ratchet on your home-made tool loosen the damper rod inside. Use a rag under the top tube to cushion it and prevent scratches.With the damper rod loose, you can simply pull the two halves of the fork apart. This Brand New Outer Tube Included snap ring. dust seal , oil seal and metal slide .That was awesome. Now time has come to reinstall the new outer tube fork leg.With the upper fork tube inverted, carefully push the damper rod and rebound spring into the upper fork tube until the piston ring is inside, then use your coupling nut tool to push the damper rod to the bottom of the fork tube. Use your finger, if necessary, to help guide the end of the damper rod out the bottom of the tube.Apply some fork oil to the inside of the seals, then carefully slide the upper fork tube into the lower fork. Keep the fork horizontal so the damper rod spacer will not fall off before it's seated at the bottom.Insert your coupling nut tool into the fork upper tube until it engages with the damper rod. Insert the lower bolt into a new copper washer, if you have one, then apply some blue Loctite or equivalent to the threads of the bolt. Place the bolt into the bottom of the fork, and twist until it engages the threads on the damper rod.using 8mm allen wrench and your coupling nut tool twist the damper rod and bolt together until snug, then torque to 22 foot pounds.With the fork vertical, and nothing in it yet (spring, spacer, etc.)Pour Fork Oil and Cycle the fork a time or two to distribute the fork oil through the damper rod and bleed any air out.Now, push the top tube down until it's bottomed, and measure from the top of the tube down to the oil level. The oil should be 135 mm.Next, insert the spring, the washer, and the spacer into the fork. You'll have to raise the top tube, then install the cap and twist it in until snug. You'll torque the cap after the fork is reinstalled.That is how it should Installed properly. I used to use cheaper non-seal chain over the years and it is good but chain strech like a rubber band.need to set chain adjuster so oftenly.Much Higher Quality Chain Like VX SERIES CHAIN BIT PRICY AND IT HAS X-RING ON IT.DOESN'T STRECH LIKE A STANDARD NON SEALED CHAIN.PURCHASE THIS D.I.D VX SERIES CHAIN FOR MY 1987 TW200 AND I FORGET TO PURCHASED CHAIN RIVET TOOL AT THE SAME TIME.WITHOUT CHAIN RIVET TOOL COULDN'T ABLE TO 100% SUCCESSFULLY PRESS THE MASTER LINK,IT CALL CAULK (ZJ) JOINT.If anyone looking to buy this chain for your bike , you desperately need chain rivert tool. don't forget it when you place a order..New x-ring chain installation little bit tricky.This time I only change a x-ring chain because my front and rear sprockets are in a good condition however I noted and mark the milage .first I have to remove the old master link and connected the x-ring chain (no need to zip tie) rotate until the new x-ring chain arrival.then lube up the four x-ring and the msater link evenly. using a chain rivet tool need to press the chain master link.according to the D.I.D FLARE DIMENSIONS CHART CHAIN FLARE MUST BE BETWEEN 5.2MM -5.7MM. CHAIN LINK WIDTH IS 18MM.I manage to set the flare at 5.2mm. measure with the calipers and went for a test drive to make sure it's fully secure or you can check by hand before went for a ride. AS USUAL PACKAGE RECEIVED VERY QUICKLY FROM WEBIKE JAPAN .IT IS VERY WELL PACKED AND IT IS SECURE WITH THE BUBLE WRAP.
