This gasket from Special Parts Takegawa was included with a crank support bearing kit I bought for my Honda Monkey 125cc. It was very handy for Special Parts Takegawa to include this gasket with the kit. When I removed the left crankcase cover the OEM gasket was not damaged during this process so I did reuse the old gasket with no problems or leaks since reinstallation but was great to have a spare gasket on hand if needed as the OEM gaskets can tear on removal sometimes. The quality of the Special Parts Takegawa gasket on inspection looks to be of a great standard for fit and finish so I do not expect there to be any problems when fitted in the future.
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is a plastic gasket sheet that is stamped out to replicate the original paper gasket. About the feeling of use, Serves the same purpose as the original gasket but being made from a plastic gasket material is less likely to tear when the engine cover is removed when compared to the paper gasket material which allows for reuse.Products to buy together, The engine cover is now removed quite frequently to check the condition of the cam chain tensioner system due to the higher revving 4 valve head setup so it would be ideal to add a tensioner cap and wheels to your cart for when needed. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the left crankcase cover gasket for my installation is was very easy due to the ease of access to the bolts and simple of the task. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is good. You receive a gasket made from a higher quality materialthen the original material and priced similar to what other brands offer but much more expensive then what you can purchase the original gasket for. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 48 hours of me placing the order and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. I find the link supplied to track my order very useful and the order arrived within the estimated date range. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, I have no concerns or cautions when purchasing from Webike. I cannot recommend Webike enough for the majority of your biking needs. They not only sell aftermarket parts and bike gear but also OEM parts for your repairs and servicing needs. View Detail
Special Parts Takegawa have all the replacement gaskets you are going to need for your Honda Money 125 or Honda Grom and available from Webike. I have a small oil leak from the left crankcase cover from when I reused the OEM Honda gasket last time I had the cover off for maintenance. Thought i would try the Special Parts Takegawa gasket instead of the OEM Honda one this time since my motorcycle is becoming a Takegawa Monkey 125 with all their parts I have fitted. Good price but packaging of their gaskets is not as good as OEM Honda as they include a sheet of cardboard to prevent the gasket from distorting.View Detail

About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) which is a synthetic rubber resistant to fuel and oil. About the feeling of use, This repair O-ring for the 34mm inlet manifold, fits as intended and zero air leaks as designed. Products to buy together, The addition of the 34mm inlet manifold also calls for the addition of a 49mm air filter to complete the new larger intake system. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the O-ring for my installation was easy due to the simple nature and ease of access. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is poor. You receive a O-ring made from a quality material that is durable for it's environment but very highly priced when compared to other O-rings. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. The order arrived within the estimated date range and was extremely well packaged. I found the link supplied to track my order very useful while I was waiting for the order to land in the country. About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the right crank case gasket from SP Takegawa. Obviously exactly the same sizing and cutouts as the OEM Honda gasket but made from a more rubber material then paper.About the feeling of use: After the initial install there has been no oil weeps or leaks of any kind and I am hoping this gasket keen be re-used a few times like the OEM Honda gasket before a replacement is required. The little T that sticks out from the crank case after install is a nice touch also.Products to buy together: Some more servicing items like the oil filter spinner gasket would also be desirable to purchase along side the right crank case gasket.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 30 minutes, remove all the clutch cover bolts and release the clutch cable to allow for the cover to be removed from the motorcycle to clean any gasket material lelt over from the old gasket. Position the gasket between the two surfaces and tighten the bolts in a criss cross pattern. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting what looks to be a higher quality material gasket as compared to the gaskets offered from the likes of Honda and K-Pit for only a slightly higher price.About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my perferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: This right crank case gasket will work with the OEM Honda clutch cover, Kitaco clutch cover and SP Takegawa clutch cover, so do not be concerned in regards to this when purchasing.View Detail
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of O-ring set from SP Takegawa, made from a soft flexible rubber to help create a good seal, the set includes two tappet cover O-rings and one cam cover O-ring.About the feeling of use: The O-rings are shaped perfectly and fit easily into the three covers and once torqued down have zero oil leaks.Products to buy together: A tappet adjustment wrench would also be desirable to purchase along side the O-ring set as these covers are removed regularly for valve clearance checks and adjustments on the 4-valve headDifficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 15 minutes, undo the allen key fasteners for all three covers and use an O-ring pick tool to remove the old O-rings so to not damage the covers. Lubricate the new O-rings with engine oil, fit tp the covers and torque down the allen key fasteners once again. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting three quality O-rings in this set specifically designed and shaped for the SP Takegawa 4-valve head that is not available for any other source.About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my perferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently unavailable due to Japan Post. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: From my research there are individual part numbers for the tappet covers and cam cover but they are not available to be purchased individually here, only as a set.View Detail
Price is a little expensive but the fit and finish when on the oval air filter cover is great. The look when fitted on the air filter is good and the cover does repel water which is very good. Overall very happy with this product and would purchase againView Detail
Since my 2018 Honda Monkey 125cc does not have traditional oil filter and runs the oil spinner system I wanted to add a little extra protection for the engine. The Special Parts Takegawa magnetic drain bolt was what I ended up purchasing and as with all the other Special Parts Takegawa products I have purchased in the past I am extremely happy with it. I have had it installed on the bike for a few oil changes now and when removed you can see it is doing its job. Along with the magnetic tip on the drain bolt it also has a hole drilled through the bolt head to mount a temperature sensor so as to be able to give you an indication of your oil temperature which is handy when you are running the motor hard.View Detail
I wanted an open air filter setup for my 2018 Honda Monkey 125cc but did not want to buy a kit like everyone else so I decided to make my own air filter setup. Purchased 135 degree aluminum inter cooler pipe, a silicone joining boot and clamps locally and purchased the Special Parts Takegawa 42mm oval taper air filter from Webike. A few hours in the garage and I now have a cooling looking open air filter setup. The induction noise from the air filter did take a little getting use to but is very cool and I just love the look of the bike now that the big black OEM Honda air box is gone. Do not see and performance gains just better looking.View Detail
It was a tough decision to make when I was looking to purchase a louder exhaust for my 2018 Honda Monkey 125cc. The OEM Honda exhaust is nice looking but just too quite and I needed to be able to hear the motor running. I was going to buy the Special Parts Takegawa standard look exhaust but decided against it as it still had the black painted header pipe. I finally ended up purchasing this Hot Lap trail exhaust. The quality of the build is excellent and I love the fact that it retains the OEM Honda heat shield. Exhaust sound is beautiful along with the welds and polishing on the exhaust. Highly recommended exhaust from Hot Lap.View Detail
Special Parts Takegawa have created an extremely nicely finished and detailed oil filler cap here. The anodizing finish is very durable and had not been damaged over the time I have been using it. I love the etched Special Parts Takegawa branding written around the cap. The included O-ring is also a nice addition to this product as some brands do not offer this with their oil filler caps. Most of the additions to my 2018 Honda Monkey 125cc are from Special Parts Takegawa and I will continue to use their products on this bike and future bikes I my buy. Well done Takegawa and thanks you Webike. Always a pleasure.View Detail
