These were another part that was for a smaller bike I got in from a customer. This time it is the rear brake pads for the YZF-R6 2001 as the old ones were well beyond their usage. I did not change the rear pads on the last service as they were perfectly good and had a lot of use still in them. Usually on this bike, the front need changing twice as often as the rear anyway. Finding the right ones was easy but checking on Yamaha schematics and then searching for this part number on Webike YZF-R6 model. Luckily, they had a set in their warehouse and so added to my order. EMS shipped my order and all arrived in perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. Everything was well padded out in the box so there was no damage. These pads are Yamaha pads and do last quite a while, probably longer than these should have as the customer clearly prefers the front brake to the rear. The pad material is even and looks pretty tasty for a small bike. Perhaps not sintered but they do have some heavy compound in them. Very happy customer and thank you once again Webike for doing a great job.
