Wheel Body:Forged aluminum made by heating AL6061-T6 / AL6061 material to 450℃, hot forging with 8,000-ton press machine and then T6 heat treating.
Center hub and collars:Aluminum classified as AL2017 / super duralumin series.
As a condition for further evolution, "light weight and toughness" is a matter of course, and in addition to that, "beauty of form" is also a matter of concern, and by making full use of the latest 3D-CAD, design and analysis are repeated to thoroughly analyze all the performance required of a wheel.The design is a digital planning design that eliminates any compromise and fuses all the conflicting conditions in a high dimension to reduce the weight to the minimum while maintaining sufficient strength and moderate elasticity.The manufacturing process is 100% ALL-Billet using forged aluminum blanks with CNC machining centers.As a result, a wheel is created that is lighter to the utmost limit than casting magnesium, and also has the high strength and reliability that forged aluminum could never achieve.
●The rear wheel is equipped with a special resin sprocket damper as standard equipment, allowing the engine power to be transmitted directly to the rear wheel in an extremely stable manner without any sense of shock, regardless of the stage, whether on the circuit or on the street.
●Rubber-sealed bearings on both sides are used for maintenance-free operation.In consideration of street use, the hub seal of the stock wheel can be used together.
●The entire wheel is machined to achieve a high level of symmetry and high-precision rotational balance.In addition, by making the hub part, which is classified according to the type of vehicle, into a separate structure, this can cut down to the inside of the wheel center, and was successfull in an amazing weight reduction!
●The forged aluminum rim, machined to the thinnest possible wall thickness, is surprisingly light and has excellent durability in addition to suppressing the gyroscopic effect, which has the greatest impact on athletic performance.
